  33. There has been some debate about the military's unwillingness to
  34. disclose *all* the chemicals that may be in some defense installations,
  35. specifically in places like Hartford, where nuclear materials
  36. were refined and fabricated, and in the air force test range where
  37. secret aircraft are tested and where conspiricy buffs gather at`
  38. the fence to take pictures and fabricate theories.

  47. The first part is correct. The second is a stretch. Contractors are wary of 
  48. exposing their employees to carcinogens and other toxic materials
  49. without knowing what they are, and in fact they are required by law to post
  50. material safety data sheets (MSDSs) by law- the penalties for fialing
  51. to due so are huge. But if the DoD won't reveal all the compound on
  52. site, the conmtractors can't meet OSHA regs. What the contractors want 
  53. is for the Executive branch to indeminify them against claims 
  54. arising from exposure to undisclosed materials, and to wave the OSHA
  55. MSDS requirements.

  57. Suddenly this all takes place at "Area 51" and there are "strange
  58. medical conditions..."
